Governance

Governance consists of a system through which leadership, strategy, and oversight are exercised to evaluate, direct, and monitor management. Its purpose is to improve organizational performance, prevent and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, promote transparency and accountability, and achieve results aligned with the expectations of shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, society, and other stakeholders.
